Shipping & Delivery:
Orders will be shipped on the SAME BUSINESS DAY that payment is clear. This guarantee only applies to orders paid before 1 PM (GMT+7). The exceptions include weekends, federal holidays, and office closures due to weather or illnesses/emergencies. Currently we suggest EMS for most of our deliveries. We currently ship on Saturdays, for orders that are received by 11 AM. If you have a more urgent need for expedited shipping and it is outside of business hours (8-5 PST), please place your order and then email our store using the Contact Us function in the menu.
We will do our best to get it out ASAP, but cannot guarantee shipping times – that depends on the carrier. We also cannot guarantee that expedited orders received with payment after 1 PM Monday – Friday, or after 11 AM on Saturday, will make it out that same day due to pick up times.

*Note we try our best to accommodate the shipping method selected at checkout, however, in some cases-for instance, if the size/quantity of your products does not fit the type of package/service selected, this may be changed at our discretion.

Please note, for legal reasons, we do not ship to the following States, Counties, or Cities in U.S.A. where there are potential legal issues with Kratom: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE, VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND COLUMBUS MS. Furthermore, Kratom is also banned in following countries where shipment is not permitted: AUSTRALIA, BURMA, DENMARK, FINLAND, ISRAEL, LITHUANIA, MALAYSIA, MYANMAR, POLAND, ROMANIA, SOUTH KOREA, SWEDEN, THAILAND, UNITED KINGDOM, and VIETNAM.

We want you to know, that if you ever have any questions, issues, complaints, or concerns, we are here to listen. Anytime you feel that your order doesn’t live up to our standards or your own standards, please contact us by phone or email us and we will either replace or refund the product.

Our Return Policy
Return or Refund must be requested within three (3) days of delivery of the product. Our Policy is to only consider returns within the first 3 days of arrival of the product, but at the sole discretion of management we may extend that policy up to 30 days. This is to prevent abuse of our return system which was very frequent


Kratom Is a natural product and has normal variance. We cannot standardize the product. Employees have the right to notify you that you will no longer be eligible for our guarantee without prior notice. Note that replacement of product is limited to amount of product returned. (i.e. regardless of the original size of the order, we will weigh the returned amount and replace that same amount).
